REFUND POLICY

Process for Refund

To request for a refund you may contact our customer service representative within 10 days after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund process. You will be requested to ship the item at the below mentioned address DEESTAR Imam Sahib Road Opposite Ghulam Rasool Sweets & Bakers and share a receipt of the courier on our WhatsApp (+92 303 2808000). After verifying the products received, our representative will contact you for your bank details to process the refund. The refund process may take 4-6 days after your items are received by our team.

Note: The delivery charges are non-refundable.
