REFUND POLICY

Process for Refund

To request for a refund you may contact our customer service representative within 14 days after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund process. You will be requested to ship the item at the below mentioned address DEESHA INDUSTRIES STREET # 11 KHAN MAHAL ROAD SIALKOT 51310 and share a receipt of the courier on our WhatsApp (+92 303 2808000). After verifying the products received, our representative will contact you for your bank details to process the refund. The refund process may take 7 days after your items are received by our team.

Note: The delivery charges are non-refundable.
